Managed to get me in for an urgent appointment same day, the dentists treating me were wonderful and professional yet were also good for a chat and making you feel comfortable. Only annoyed that I forgot to fill out a registration form which was my own fault!
Sally and Hannah made me feel very comfortable after not seeing a dentist in some time and being nervous. Very professional, informative and friendly. Super grateful to have the work done on the NHS, and Frasier at reception was very helpful when I called as were the staff when I arrived. Highly recommend, thanks :)
Friendly practice clearly motivated to listen to you as a patient and put your concerns and needs first. Sophie the dentist and Maxine the hygienist were excellent. It is both modern and well equipped but prices are very reasonable and appointment times generous.I feel very fortunate that this is our family practice.
My mum who's 97 couldn't eat because of her dentures not fitting properly anymore. I approached two local practices and received negative responses. They didn't even listen to her dilemma. Hope dental were so different recognising the anguish the situation was causing.What a marvellous service. Each member of staff were so polite and courteous. Sophie and the team are absolutely brilliant! I’ve had exceptional care from Hope Dental since Sophie and Fraser took over the practice. Routine work is always excellent. My implant, whilst expensive, looks and feels great. My teeth and gums have never been in better shape in no small part down to Maxine’s (hygienist) persistence and patience with me. After struggling with my teeth for decades after an accident whilst serving in the Royal Marines I was absolutely desperate, the situation causing me extreme anxiety and distress.After a call to Hope dental practice, I was rushed in and I can honestly say, I was treated with the highest level of care, compassion from ALL the staff, from the minute I was greeted at reception, to the actual treatments themselves.My teeth were finally not just sorted, but I can honestly say the best they’ve been since the accident 30 years ago!! I’ve been registered here for many years now, and have had many repairs and jobs done on my teeth. I’ve always had a positive experience. I take my son too now, aged 4. They are great with children. Prices are always fair. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Would recommend. We feel we can trust our dentists, which says a lot as I’ve heard some horror stories.

My 11 year old daughter attended today for biofilm therapy prior to her braces being fitted, the team of staff were amazing, very friendly and proffesional, she really enjoyed the experience and feels so much more confident with toothbrushing and looking after her mouth. A very friendly and understanding team, every member of staff was kind and caring. They were able to quickly accommodate unusual requirements, and made a normally stressful experience for an autistic patient sincerely pleasant. Everything was well explained and the pricing was really fair. Situated in such a lovely place, never has a dentist been such a nice day out. Would highly recommend, especially for anxious or worried patients. The building is so bright and filled with such beautiful artwork, it makes the waiting room a much nicer experience, you can almost convince yourself you are in a lodge with the large windows and high ceiling. The dentist himself was fantastic, he very much sets you at ease and talks on the level. He was efficient and thorough, and the appointment was a breeze. There was a handmade best dentist award in the lobby, and would very much agree. Couldn't be more grateful to the team!
I have been here for major treatment after being let down by many other Dentists. (today has been my third appointment for a checkup)Always treated very professionally, I feel understood and informed. This should be the standard many other Dentist's should be gravitating towards!.
